Student Program and Recruitment Coordinator

OrthoArizona is seeking a dynamic and organized Student Program and Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. This hybrid role combines student program coordination with recruitment support-ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing details, and making a real impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 
 
What You’ll Do 
In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing our student programs-coordinating placements, supporting compliance, and ensuring every student has a rewarding experience. You’ll also support our recruiting efforts by managing job postings, offer letters, and candidate transitions, all while strengthening our relationships with academic partners and representing OrthoArizona at career events. 
 
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Coordinating student placement logistics and maintaining compliance records. 
  • Building strong relationships with university partners, faculty, and students. 
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all student programs. 
  • Managing job postings, offer letters, and onboarding support. 
  • Representing OrthoArizona at job fairs, career days, and outreach events. 
  • Supporting recruiting reports and candidate tracking. 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field. 
  • 1-2 years in a recruiting or HR coordinator role. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. 
  • Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience working with student programs or in higher education settings. 
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus. 
  • 2 years in recruitment, student affairs, or program coordination.
