As a Senior Manager, Operations with OrthoArizona, you will get to:
- Provide oversight on all clinic operations for multiple site locations.
- Partner with regional director on setting goals, strategies, and objectives for the overall productivity of each site
- Lead clinic operations team by creating a positive environment, provide feedback and recognition, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and learning.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to empower site leaders and support overcoming challenges and obstacles, and foster growth and development.
- Drive change within the sites including process improvement, policy development, enhancements to patient care, etc.
- Establish performance management metrics within sites and monitor progress towards key objectives.
- Promote and facilitate resolution of problems and conflicts related to operations, staff and patient services.
- Maintain positive relationships with critical stakeholders and collaborate with leaders and physicians to provide appropriate support resources; ensure adequate staffing levels in all departments and sites.
- Assist with recruiting efforts to proper staffing ratios including interviewing and effective onboarding and training of new hires.
- Work with human resources, play a large role in employee relations procedures including effective verbal and written documentation, coaching, draft performance improvement plans, up to being involved in employee terminations.
- Perform regular 1:1 communication and feedback for direct reports: clinic managers, site coordinators, etc.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience in a healthcare / physician operations and leadership.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Performance management experience including coaching, terminations, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or health care administration or equivalent experience required.
- Knowledge of medical industry best practices.
