OrthoArizona has an immediate opening for a HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team. Seeking an experienced individual to work with all members of the team, ability to prioritize work content, meet deadlines and ensure exceptional customer service maintaining confidentiality. Duties to include managing and tracking onboarding of new hires, assisting with background checks, drug tests and employee verifications, completing I-9s, draft company-wide and departmental communications and assist HR team where needed. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous administrative or office experience, HR experience a plus
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Excel a plus
