What to expect as a Medical Assistant with OrthoArizona: 
Location: Scottsdale (Pima)
Job Type: Full-time 
Salary: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

As a Medical Assistant with OrthoArizona, you will get to: 
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment, including taking vitals and recording patient history. 
  • Input and maintain appropriate EMR documentation. 
  • Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-organized, and equipped with necessary supplies. 
  • Prepare injections, remove and apply splints and casts, and apply dressings. 
  • Support physicians and nurses during patient examinations and treatments. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and monitoring voicemail and phone calls. 
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program 
  • Current CPR certification 
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office
