As we expand our integrated care offerings, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate ECHO Sonographer to join our dynamic diagnostic services team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient setting that combines orthopedic and cardiovascular diagnostics to deliver comprehensive care under one roof.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) in accordance with ASE guidelines.
- Conduct stress echocardiograms (exercise and pharmacologic).
- Collaborate directly with cardiologists and referring providers to support timely, accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and reporting in EMR.
- Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
- Assist in the development of imaging protocols as we grow our diagnostic program.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Cardiac Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology program.
- Active RDCS (AE) certification through ARDMS or RCS through CCI.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Minimum 5 year of clinical ECHO experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, pathology, and Doppler physics.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- EMR proficiency and ability to adapt in a technology-forward environment.
- Required to travel between clinics to meet patient needs.
