As a Clinic Manager with OrthoArizona, you will get to: 
  • Direct supervision of all assigned staff. 
  • Plan, coordinate and implement training for all assigned staff. 
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed for each department. 
  • Coordinate educational meetings, training, and CPR training. 
  • Coordinate training on Practice Management and EMR software. 
  • Coordinate ordering of inventory and equipment. 
  • Perform facilities management. 
  • Attend meetings and participate in committees as required. 
  • Provide supervision to direct and indirect reports to ensure achievement of desired results. 
  • Collaborate with manager or director and physicians to provide appropriate staffing support resources; ensures adequate staffing levels in all departments & sites. 
  • Maintain high quality and efficient patient care. 
  • Utilize process improvement tools and techniques as part of daily work. 
  • Perform interviewing, hiring, corrective action, and termination activities in partnership with manager or director and / or HR. 
  • Promote and facilitate team resolution of problems and conflicts related to operations, staffing, and patient service in partnership with manager or director and HR. 
  • Effectively communicate with manager or director, staff and physicians. 
  • Perform regular and timely performance reviews including any required 1:1 communication. 
  • Encourage development of team members and explain performance plans and compensation. 
  • Motivate and encourage team members. 
  • Follow guidelines for personnel evaluation, recruitment and advancement. 
  • Follow business procedures. 
  • Prioritize work activities based on site and organizational demands. 
  • Demonstrate behavior that protects the safety of self/others and of the facility and equipment. 
  • All other duties assigned 
Qualifications: 
  • Knowledge of clinic policies, department procedures, federal and state regulations as applicable 
  • Knowledge and ability to train others on organization's Practice Management and EMR software. 
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of clinical staff and management. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PM & EMR software applications. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite. 
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • 2 - 3 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare / physician operations and leadership. 
  • Experience in administration or practice management.
