Job Description

 OrthoArizona is looking for an accounts receivable representative to join our team. Individuals should be highly organized, be able to multitask, and work in a fast paced environment. 

Duties include: Answers phones to include patient questions about billing procedures, posts charges, posts payments, handle accounts receivable for patient and insurance balances by payor.  Submit claims on a regular schedule to ensure prompt processing and payments.  

Knowledge of clinic registration, charging, billing and collection policies and procedures. Knowledge of insurance billing procedures. Knowledge of clinic departments and operational relationships. Skill in defining problems, collecting data, interpreting billing information. Skill in computer applications. Ability to perform mathematical computations and compute ratios and percentages. Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instruction. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, physicians and the public. Ability to communicate clearly. Excellent Benefits
